The e-Mobility project was the next generation of software development for cellular mobility for a competitive market. The team consisted of 1 Project Lead, 2 Senior Managers, 3 Advisors, 10 Software Managers, and 60 Software Designers. The project included Telco industry standards and Government standard. 

  • ­      Developed of the WBS, project schedule with standard corporate milestones, project risk plan, resource profile, budget for FY 2001, and cost & schedule variance trend analysis.
  • ­      Set up regular project meeting, agenda, minutes, and influenced people to attend these meeting on a regular basis.

  • ­      Worked as a consultant supporting the Canadian Space Agency (CSA) in a major design development program, with responsibility for reviewing and validating the prime contractor’s cost/schedule information.
  • ­      Managed support staff in the preparation of all relevant material to be reported to the CSA management team.
  • ­      Interfaced with NASA/Grumman to ensure compatibility of program control for the international space station.
  • ­      Acted as interface and audit point between Spar Aerospace and the CSA to ensure accuracy of data provided on cost/schedule, project status and project risk reports.
  • ­      Prepared weekly exception reports at a high level of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to identify potential problem areas throughout the program.

  • ­      Developed and maintained project performance reports for a major design project for a Canadian Naval shipbuilding program.
